Sr. Sales Account Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts while driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and project delivery. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using the company's CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5 – 8 years of experience in B2B sales or account management. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience managing enterprise or key accounts. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, EdTech, Learning & Development, or HR solutions is a strong advantage. Experience selling across the MENA region. Arabic and English fluency (written and spoken).
