Sales Coordinator

Respond to customer enquiries by answering product and service questions Suggest information about products and services Provide updates on the status of LPO, order, delivery etc Fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction Send quotations from the enquiries received within the limited time frame Follow up for the enquiries & generate sales. Receive and manage incoming calls, emails, sales enquiries and other queries Maintain customer database/CRM Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up Follow up with customer for LPO confirmation and processing Follow up with customer for payment collection Maintain sales data regularly and consolidate for review meetings on weekly / monthly basis Prepare technical submittal and prequalification files Build and maintain relationships with customers Make cold calls to generate sales enquiries Keep records of customer interaction, and file documents Sales Order processing & getting approval from credit control team Follow up with planning / Operations team for delivery schedule & communicate with customers Picklist preparation & delivery coordination Coordinate with customer / Salesmen / Internal team for sample, Submittals etc
