Sr. Business Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, employing advanced elicitation techniques to uncover hidden needs and translate them into actionable plans. Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives, using advanced documentation tools. Conduct thorough data analysis using SQL and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business process improvements. Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and user stories to effectively communicate requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding and minimizing ambiguity. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline. 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within Banking and Financial Services. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Loan Management, Mortgage Lending, Housing Finance, or Consumer Banking domains. Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT transformation projects. Strong experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies. Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence). Knowledge of banking processes and regulations is a plus. CBAP - Certification in Business Analysis is mandatory.
