Split AC Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily Split AC maintenance activities. Lead and guide AC technicians at various project sites. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance. Coordinate with clients and site representatives. Prepare daily work reports and material requirements. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site technical support when required. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Split AC Supervisor. Hands-on experience in Split AC maintenance is mandatory. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Diploma / ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage a team of technicians.
