Solutions Architect Compliance, Security & Governance

We and our Partner are delivering an end-to-end AI solution on Google Cloud Platform for an insurance client processing health claims data. A significant body of security and data-protection work is in scope, driven by the client s regulatory obligations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including establishing the PDPL legal basis for AI processing of health claims data, applying column-level access controls to all PII, PHI, and SPI fields, and building an approach to PDPL compliance and NDMO data-management maturity. This is a technical role rather than a pure legal or regulatory one. We are looking for someone who understands how security and compliance requirements map to concrete solution requirements and controls, and who can document those clearly to pass governance and approval processes inside a large organization. The right person is a solutions or data architect who is equally comfortable putting pen to paper drafting the documentation, control descriptions, and assessment artefacts needed for review and approval and who can interpret the requirements correctly and advise the team and client accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Solutions Architect Compliance, Security & Governance will play a critical role in the successful delivery of an enterprise AI transformation program for a leading insurance organization in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for designing secure, compliant, and governance-aligned solution architectures that ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory requirements while enabling AI-driven processing of sensitive healthcare data on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Working closely with client stakeholders, solution architects, security teams, data engineers, business analysts, and delivery teams, the architect will translate regulatory, security, and governance requirements into practical technical controls, architecture standards, and implementation guidance.
