Solutions Architect

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Partner with Business Analysis team and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure solution designs. Lead the design of System architecture, integration patterns, and data flows to enable efficient business operations and services. Ensure solution designs adhere to Infrastructure architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance standards. Work closely with the Technology Infrastructure Architecture team to align application and infrastructure roadmaps. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance performance, cost efficiency, and business value. Oversee the technical delivery of solutions, providing architectural guidance and quality assurance during implementation. Maintain up-to-date solution architecture documentation and promote architectural best practices across teams. Desired Candidate Profile Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masteru2019s in the field will be preferred). Ideally 10 years of experience in IT and development of technology/applications, with at least 3 years in a solutions architecture role focusing on applications and systems integration. Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise business solutions, preferably in financial services or regulated sectors. Strong knowledge of application design, integration technologies (APIs, ESB, microservices), and enterprise software platforms. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and agile delivery methods. Awareness of IT security, compliance, and risk management principles in solution design.
