Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions and ensure the successful delivery of software products. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain software architecture for enterprise and customer-facing applications. Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability. Collaborate with development teams to guide system design and implementation. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance, security, and reliability. Lead architectural discussions and provide technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle. Review code, technical documentation, and solution designs to ensure quality and consistency. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches when appropriate. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience in software development and software architecture. Strong knowledge of system design principles, microservices architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and database design. Experience with modern programming languages and development frameworks. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software security principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams. Requirements Proven experience designing scalable and maintainable software solutions. Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment. Strong understanding of software development best practices and emerging technologies. Experience in SaaS, FinTech, HR Tech, HealthTech, EdTech, or related industries is considered an advantage.
