Site QAQC Manager – site based

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive site-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) plans, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards. Lead and manage the site QAQC team, providing clear direction, training, and performance evaluation to foster a culture of quality excellence. Oversee all inspection and testing activities, verifying compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout construction. Establish and maintain robust documentation systems for all QAQC records, including inspection reports, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field. 10 years in industrial civil and building, oil & Gas GCC construction field Industrial, Petrochemical, onshore and offshore, power, water Desalination. Proven track record in implementing and managing ISO 9001 quality management systems on large-scale projects. Possession of relevant professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent is highly desirable. Note: Degree in the respective disciplines and previous approvals from ADNOC will be an added advantage.
