Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implementing the required actions related to the customers Complains & equipment s field technical Failure/Break down
• Performing the integrated and multi-phased installation based on the team leader instructions
• Follow up & assure PPM jobs
• Follow up the factory center response to get any required technical support
• Technical Support to his colleagues
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Up to date technical knowledge
• Factory level training (Company has to schedule the needed training) Can respond technically to the field problems
• Capable of providing technical support to the field engineers & technicians
• Capable to provide the daily activities feedback & reports to the team leader
• Work under pressure
• Emergency calls up to customers needs follow up & do maintenance to customer s machines anytime as top priority Requirements
