Senior Travel Consultant
Job Overview
Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, budgets, and specific service expectations. Manage travel arrangements for VVIP, VIP, HNW, corporate executives, celebrities, and other high-profile clients with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality. Provide personalized, end-to-end travel management for VVIP clients, including private and commercial flights, luxury hotels, airport transfers, chauffeur services, private aviation, yacht arrangements, tours, and other bespoke travel services. Handle complex, multi-destination, last-minute, and highly confidential itineraries. Plan and arrange domestic and international flights, hotels, transfers, tours, visas, travel insurance, and other travel services. Create highly customized travel itineraries and premium travel packages based on individual client preferences. Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, airline schedules, and premium travel services. Use GDS and travel booking systems to search, quote, book, issue, and modify tickets. Manage fare rules, ticketing, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and reissues accurately. Resolve travel disruptions and client concerns quickly, professionally, and discreetly. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell premium travel products and services. Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and comply with company policies and applicable data-protection requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of experience as Senior Travel Consultant, or similar role. Proven experience handling VVIP/VIP, HNW, executive, celebrity, or other high-profile clients. Strong knowledge of international travel, premium/luxury travel, and complex itineraries. Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing, hotels, transfers, visas, travel insurance, and premium travel services. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling urgent or last-minute VVIP requests. Flexible and willing to provide priority support outside normal working hours when required. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
