Senior Specialist – Offshore ( Financial)

The Senior Project Specialist is a finance and business planning role with significant project coordination responsibilities, focused on supporting strategic decision-making, financial performance, and operational excellence within Offshore Logistics Conduct financial planning and decision support activities. Prepare projections, operational models, cost assumptions, revenue forecasts, CAPEX requirements, cash flow analyses, and investment returns. Support annual business planning, budgeting, project prioritization, and efficiency studies. Coordinate and monitor multiple logistics and operational projects, including marine logistics, warehousing, barges, subsea support, and other logistics services. Track project performance, financial results, and operational progress to ensure timely completion and business objectives are achieved. Work closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, Projects, and stakeholders to ensure business cases and analyses are accurate and aligned with company objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of offshore oil & gas vessels and offshore support vessels. Good understanding of the marine industry supporting oil and gas services. Awareness of offshore time chartering vessels and related operations. Strong FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) background with expertise in financial modelling and business case development 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Modelling, Investment Analysis, Business Planning, or Corporate Finance Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and investment appraisal techniques (NPV, IRR, ROI) Experience within Offshore Logistics, Marine, Shipping, Oil & Gas, Ports, or other asset-intensive industries Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and presentation tools Employment Type Full-time
