Senior Project Manager Interior Fit out

Lead and manage the end-to-end interior fit-out project lifecycle, from conceptualization to handover, ensuring strict adherence to scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and meticulously execute comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies tailored for complex fit-out environments. Oversee and coordinate all site activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to achieve high-quality finishes. Implement robust cost control measures, track project expenditures against budget, and proactively identify and address potential financial deviations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP more beneficial Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience specifically in managing high-end interior fit-out projects.
