Senior Procurement Engineer (Civil)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer (Civil) to manage the procurement of civil construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and compliance with project specifications and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate technical and commercial bids. Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms. Source and prequalify vendors and subcontractors. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers. Monitor procurement schedules to meet project deadlines. Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses. Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements. Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5–8 years of procurement experience in civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting, and supply chain management. Experience with large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial projects. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
