Senior Planning Engineer (Fitout)

Proven experience in handling large-scale projects. Strong proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project Good knowledge of contract conditions (e.g., FIDIC is an advantage) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders Professional certifications, Scheduling Professional (PSP) are preferred Solid understanding of: Project scheduling and baseline preparation Critical Path Method (CPM) Resource loading and cost control Progress monitoring and reporting Delay analysis and claims (EOT preparation is a plus) Experience in preparing: Detailed project schedules Weekly and monthly progress reports Recovery and mitigation plans

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in interior design or architect Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 5 10 years of planning experience in construction, with at least 2 years in senior planning roles. Experience working in the UAE or GCC region Strong experience in high-rise residential, hospitality, and fit-out projects in the UAE.
