Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 9+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, with strong expertise in On-Premises environments . Cloud experience is considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Dynamics 365 customization, development, integration, data migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting, with strong technical skills in C#, .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server . Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business and technical requirements. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using REST APIs, web services, and middleware . Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET technologies. Perform data migration, system upgrades, and integration-related activities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM, integration, and system functionality issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, integration documentation, and deployment guides. Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other application teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Support application releases, deployments, and production issues. Follow development standards, version control practices, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps . Work with Microsoft SQL Server for database development, troubleshooting, queries, and data-related activities. Desired Candidate Profile 9+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development. Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM On-Premises . Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration. Strong programming skills in C# . Strong knowledge of .NET / .NET Core . Experience developing custom plugins and workflows . Strong experience with REST APIs and web services . Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications and enterprise systems. Strong Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) skills. Experience with data migration and Dynamics 365 upgrades . Experience with Azure DevOps , including Boards, Work Items, and Git repositories. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of full-stack development concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team. Strong documentation and technical analysis skills. Ability to work effectively in a business-critical enterprise environment. Candidates must have 9+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with strong On-Premises experience. Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Cloud / Online . Experience working in the banking or financial services sector . Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments . Experience with middleware and enterprise integration platforms. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
