Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop technical proposals in line with tender requirements
Review ITTs, RFPs, specifications, scope of work and client requirements
Prepare technical write-ups, methodologies, project understanding and execution approaches
Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement and Commercial teams to gather inputs
Develop compliance matrices, technical schedules and supporting documentation
Ensure proposals are clear, accurate, compliant and professionally presented
Incorporate technical and project information into proposal documents
Support tender clarifications and proposal revisions
Maintain proposal templates, databases and records
Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline. 10+ years experience in Proposal Writing / Tendering / Bid Preparation
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction preferred
Ability to understand engineering and commercial requirements
Excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and deadline management
UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage
