Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are looking for two Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developers to support a UAE-based client on multiple Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives. The selected candidates will work onsite as part of the client's delivery team and will be responsible for Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization, integrations, BAU/application support, data migration, and supporting AI-related initiatives. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, C#/.NET, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure services, integrations, and data migration. Arabic and English fluency is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Dynamics 365 CRM Development Develop, customize and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions. Configure and customize entities, forms, business rules and workflows. Develop and maintain plugins using C#/.NET. Develop workflows and automation using Dynamics 365 and Power Automate. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects. Support UAT, deployment, go-live and post-go-live/hypercare activities. Integration & Azure Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems. Work with REST/OData APIs and SOAP web services. Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services, including: Azure Functions Azure Logic Apps Azure API Management (APIM) Azure App Services Support hybrid on-premises and cloud integration scenarios. Microsoft Power Platform Work with: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Microsoft Dataverse Develop and maintain workflows and business process automation. Support integration of Power Platform capabilities with Dynamics 365. Data Migration Support migration of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365. Perform data validation, transformation and troubleshooting. Support data migration activities across Dynamics 365 environments. BAU & Application Support Provide day-to-day application support for the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Diagnose and resolve incidents and production issues. Handle minor enhancements and change requests. Support environment and configuration activities. Perform data corrections where required. Support performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Coordinate with IT operations and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. AI Integration Support the delivery of AI use cases integrated with the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Support integration of AI/ML-enabled services such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI/Cognitive Services, or equivalent platforms. Support data preparation and pipeline-related activities. Participate in testing and validation of AI-driven features within the CRM environment. DevOps Use Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD and work-item tracking. Follow established development, deployment and change-management processes. Maintain development documentation and ensure adherence to project standards. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 6-7years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development and solutioning. Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration. Strong experience with: C# .NET Plugins Workflows Business Rules Forms Entities Strong working knowledge of: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Microsoft Dataverse Experience with REST/OData APIs and SOAP web services. Experience working with Azure services such as: Azure Functions Logic Apps API Management (APIM) App Services Experience with data migration between legacy systems and Dynamics 365. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and source control. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently in a client-facing onsite environment. Fluent in both Arabic and English – Mandatory. Willingness and availability to work full-time onsite in the UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

The following will be considered a strong advantage: Previous experience working on government/public-sector CRM or case-management implementations. UAE or GCC project experience. Experience with large-scale enterprise CRM implementations. Experience with SQL Server. Experience with SSRS/SSIS. Experience with SharePoint. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI or Cognitive Services. Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, including MB-210, MB-220, MB-400, MB-600, MB-700 or equivalent. Candidate Profile We are looking for strong hands-on Dynamics 365 developers, rather than purely functional consultants. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling Dynamics 365 development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting and application support while working closely with project managers, solution architects and business/technical stakeholders. Candidates with government, public-sector, UAE/GCC or large enterprise CRM experience will be strongly preferred. Employment Type Full-time
