Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst

Lead and support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, working closely with business unit stakeholders Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership Build, maintain and improve financial models to support business planning and decision-making Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, including the use of AI tools, to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy Support the rollout and ongoing use of Oracle EPM for budgeting, forecasting and planning Partner with SQL/BI tools to extract, analyze and present financial and operational data Liaise with stakeholders across finance, operations and commercial teams in a positive, collaborative manner Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases for key strategic initiatives Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reporting outputs Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools and controls Prepare commentary and presentation materials for quarterly board reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in an FP&A or financial analysis role, ideally within a fintech, payments or startup / fast-moving environment Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting processes Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, financial modelling, pivot tables) SQL and/or reporting automation experience strongly preferred Experience with Oracle EPM or a similar EPM/planning system is a strong plus Comfortable using AI tools to support and accelerate financial analysis and reporting Accounting qualification such as ACCA, or an equivalent Saudi-recognized qualification (e.g. SOCPA), preferred Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across the business Highly analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets Self-motivated, proactive and keen to drive improvements to reporting and processes Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Arabic a plus) Saudi National (role designated for Saudization)
