Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. You will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner with department heads to optimize spend and provide actionable insights that directly impact the company's bottom line. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for key business units. Analyze financial performance against budget and historical results, highlighting trends and variances. Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for senior management and the Board of Directors. Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and new product launches. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred. 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking. Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
