Senior Estimation Engineer

Lead and manage the estimation team for infrastructure and civil construction projects. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender pricing. Develop project estimates using CCS Candy and other relevant estimation tools. Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and measurement sheets. Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate competitive rates. Prepare detailed resource, material, equipment, and manpower cost estimates. Review project risks, exclusions, assumptions, and commercial conditions. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Commercial teams during tender preparation. Prepare tender summaries, cost comparison sheets, and management reports. Participate in tender clarification meetings and technical/commercial discussions. Support contract negotiations and handover of successful tenders to the project team. Maintain a database of historical project rates and cost information. Ensure all estimates are prepared accurately and submitted within tender deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. 10–15 years of experience in estimation, preferably with major infrastructure/civil construction contractors. Strong experience in UAE/GCC infrastructure projects. Proven hands-on experience with CCS Candy is mandatory. Experience in projects such as: Earthworks Drainage & stormwater networks Sewerage and water networks Utilities Infrastructure development Asphalt and pavement works Employment Type Full-time
