Job Summary

Provide expert technical guidance, solution recommendations, and hands-on support to internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery of technology initiatives and resolving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer technical consultation and advisory support across projects and business functions
• Analyze requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions or improvements
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide teams on best practices and standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes
• Support technology evaluations, POCs, and solution designs
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and governance

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in relevant domains (infrastructure, applications, cloud, or product-specific technologies)
• Ability to understand business processes and align them with technical solutions
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
• Certifications in relevant technologies (preferred)
