About the Role We're hiring a Senior CRM Consultant to lead configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules within Saudi National Bank's CRM landscape working directly with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable CRM solutions. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end CRM solutioning on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and/or Field Service modules) Gather and analyze business requirements; produce BRDs, FRDs, and solution design documents Configure and customize entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and business process flows Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps components on the Dataverse platform Design and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and core banking/enterprise systems via APIs and web services Own data migration activities (D365 import/export tools, SSIS, or equivalent ETL tools) Develop plugins/custom code where out-of-box configuration isn't sufficient (C#, .NET, JavaScript) Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage change requests Ensure CRM solutions align with SNB's internal governance and relevant SAMA regulatory/compliance requirements Coordinate with QA teams on test planning and UAT support Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer

Desired Candidate Profile
