Senior Business Development

At Mnzil, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist with a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field and 6+ years of experience in sales or business development with a proven track record of exceeding targets (real estate or prop-tech experience is a plus). In this role, you will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, manage a strong pipeline, consistently exceed sales quotas, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership. If you possess strong negotiation and closing skills on high-value deals and are fluent in Arabic and English, join us to own our biggest deals and directly drive revenue growth for our workforce housing and real estate platform as we scale across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities You will own and close high-value sales deals with strategic accounts, lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations from first contact to signed contract, and build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Additionally, you will consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, manage strategic accounts, and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in sales or business development and a proven track record of exceeding targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills on high-value deals are required, along with fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English (experience in real estate, prop-tech, or a related industry is a plus).
