Senior Business Analyst – UAE Credit Card Readiness

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Senior Business Analyst – UAE Credit Card Readiness Responsibilities: Lead the UAE market readiness assessment for the card management system Document and map local regulatory requirements (CBUAE guidelines, local scheme rules) to system capabilities Analyze gaps between current system functionality and UAE market requirements Define business requirements for credit card product setup specific to the UAE — including fee structures, interest models and local payment scheme integrations Coordinate with internal teams, the bank's stakeholders, and local authorities as needed Support UAT and go-live readiness activities Desired Candidate Profile 6+ years of banking experience with a strong focus on UAE credit card market Must be a UAE national or long-term UAE resident with deep knowledge of the local banking landscape Thorough understanding of CBUAE regulations, local card product structures, and financial parameters (interest, fees, installment plans, etc.) Experience in card system implementation or migration projects Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills Levels of Technical Interview: 2 levels, if required they will 3 level of interview MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT (Mandatory) Employment Type Contract Company Industry BankingFinancial ServicesBroking Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Credit Card ReadinessPayments Business AnalystUAE Financial ServicesPayment SystemsCredit Card Solutions Architect Get real-time job updates only on our App
