Senior Business Analyst Trade Finance & Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Trade Finance, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Supply Chain Finance (SCF), and Working Capital Solutions. The role will support trade revenue growth and digital transformation initiatives across multiple markets, including Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, and the UAE. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Analyze trade processes and identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements. Support trade digitization and transformation initiatives. Collaborate with business, operations, product, and technology teams. Participate in UAT, product implementation, and process optimization activities. Monitor adoption, performance, and operational metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements 7-10 years of experience in Trade Finance, GTB, Transaction Banking, or Business Analysis. Strong knowledge of Trade Finance, SCF, Working Capital, and trade operations. Experience in digital transformation and trade platform implementation projects. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.
