Senior Automation QC Engineer

Pharos Solutions is looking for a Senior Automation QC Engineer with the following requirements Must have: 3+ years of experience with test automation of large systems. Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript. Familiarity with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and share findings effectively. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git. Good problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with SaaS or edtech product environments is a plus. Experience with online assessment platforms. Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g. AWS, Datadog, etc.) Knowledge of JIRA and ticket workflow processes. JavaScript, cypress know how is a plus. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with Typescript to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications
• Manage automated test execution, reporting defects clearly and concisely Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other senior QA engineers to understand requirements and deliver comprehensive test coverage
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, automation, and frameworks
• Participate in agile ceremonies and promote a culture of quality across the team

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have: BSc/MSc in Computer Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in Software QC.
