Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Talentier Group, an AI Deployment Company, is hiring experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to work directly with international clients on AI and software projects. This is a hands-on engineering role. You will work with clients to understand their problem, design the right technical solution, build it and help deploy it into their existing environment. We are looking for engineers who are technically strong, communicate clearly and can take ownership of projects from problem to production. What You Will Do Design practical AI and software solutions based on the client’s needs Build and deploy production-ready applications, backend systems and AI solutions Integrate new solutions with existing client systems, APIs, databases and infrastructure Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Work with large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents and related AI technologies where required Deploy and manage applications using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Take ownership of projects from initial discovery through production deployment Document architectures, integrations and technical decisions clearly Desired Candidate Profile Experience At least 3+ years of professional software engineering, backend engineering, AI engineering or machine learning engineering experience Strong experience building and deploying production software Experience working on real client or enterprise projects Experience taking systems from development into production Previous client-facing or stakeholder-facing experience is strongly preferred Technical Skills Candidates should have strong experience with: Python Kubernetes Large language models Generative AI Retrieval-Augmented Generation AI agents Vector databases and embeddings OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI or similar AI platforms Machine learning deployment MLOps CI/CD Terraform or Infrastructure as Code Private cloud or on-premise deployments Backend development APIs and system integrations SQL and databases System design Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Docker Candidates are not expected to know every technology listed above. Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn and work across different client environments are more important.
