Manager – University Placements & Partnerships
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Build, develop, and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions locally and internationally. Facilitate student placements into undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, pathway, and professional programs. Identify and establish new university partnerships, articulation agreements, and progression pathways. Liaise with university admissions, recruitment, and partnership teams to support student enrolment and admissions processes. Advise prospective students on suitable academic pathways, admission requirements, scholarships, and university options. Secure and promote scholarship opportunities, transfer pathways, and progression routes for students. Organize university visits, recruitment events, webinars, education fairs, and information sessions. Monitor market trends, admission policies, and developments within the higher education sector. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students and ensure timely follow-up and application processing. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement student recruitment and enrolment strategies. Maintain accurate records of student applications, placements, partnerships, and conversion metrics. Prepare periodic reports on placement performance, partnership development, student enrolments, and business growth opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in university admissions, international student recruitment, education consultancy, student placement services, or higher education partnerships. Proven track record of successfully placing students into universities across multiple destinations. Strong existing network and relationships with university admissions, recruitment, and partnership teams. Experience in establishing institutional partnerships, articulation agreements, and progression pathways. Strong understanding of international admissions processes and higher education systems. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and achieve placement, partnership, and enrollment targets. UAE experience and exposure to international education markets will be an advantage.
