Senior AI Engineer (Lead) AI Applications & Orchestration

This role leads the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade AI applications, focusing on AI orchestration, assistant personalization, prompt engineering, AI evaluations, model consumption, data product integration, and AI cost optimization. The position requires deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and cloud-based AI platforms combined with strong leadership skills to deliver scalable AI solutions. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI-powered applications and intelligent assistants. Develop AI orchestration frameworks integrating multiple models, tools, APIs, and enterprise systems. Design and implement assistant personalization capabilities using user context, memory, preferences, and workflows. Build and manage AI evaluation frameworks, including automated testing and human-in-the-loop assessments. Integrate enterprise data products, APIs, and knowledge repositories into AI solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. 8+ years of software engineering experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI and LLM-based applications. Proven experience leading AI engineering teams and enterprise AI initiatives. Strong expertise in Large Language Models, AI orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG, Python and API development, and cloud platforms.
