E-commerce Operations Specialist

Manage daily e-commerce operations and online orders. Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory information. Monitor orders and coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners. Track product availability and identify stock-related issues. Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving order issues. Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams on promotions and product campaigns. Monitor sales performance and prepare basic operational reports. Research market trends, competitors, and new product opportunities. Help improve internal processes and customer experience. Maintain accurate records of orders, products, and operational activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, operations, or a similar position. Good understanding of online retail and e-commerce platforms. Strong organizational and communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in the Bahrain or GCC market is an advantage. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in Bahrain. Employment Type Full-time
