Senior Accountant

A reputable organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to strengthen its finance function and support accurate financial reporting across the business. The Role The Senior Accountant will oversee complex accounting activities, supervise financial reporting processes, and support management with accurate financial analysis. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining financial integrity while supporting business decision-making. Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Review accounting entries prepared by junior accountants. Perform balance sheet reconciliations. Monitor cash flow and working capital. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Support external audit requirements. Ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies. Prepare management reports and financial analysis. Support tax and regulatory reporting requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS. Previous experience preparing financial statements. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Experience with ERP systems. ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred. Strong communication skills in English.
