Objective: Responsible for the organizationu2019s financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing, and presenting accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS . Analyzing activities to identify trends, optimizing costs, and supporting revenue growth initiatives
• Establishing and maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data
• Coordinating external audit processes, addressing and resolving audit queries in a timely manner
• Ensuring completion of statutory financial statements and disclosures in line with regulatory requirements
• Handling tax-related activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborating cross-functional support for financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. IFRS is Plus. 5-7 years of experience . Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards. Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in company/tax laws and regulations. Preferred ODDO Strong Financial Analysis.
