SAP FICO / Treasury / PS Consultant

Lead and support SAP FICO, Treasury and Project System (PS) implementations, enhancements, and production support. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions. Configure and maintain FI, CO, Treasury, Cash Management, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and PS processes. Manage integration between SAP FICO/PS and other modules such as MM, SD, and related enterprise systems. Support financial closing, budgeting, cost control, project accounting, and management reporting activities. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments and enhancements. Perform system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis. Support data migration, master data validation, and system integration activities. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support. Ensure SAP solutions comply with internal financial controls, governance, and business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, preferably with exposure to Treasury and SAP PS. Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and financial business processes. Good experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Project Accounting, Cost Control, and Budgeting. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred. Strong understanding of integration between FICO, PS, MM, and SD. Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical consultants. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC enterprise projects is an advantage. Relevant SAP certifications are preferred. Ability to work on senior consulting / project-based assignments in Saudi Arabia. Employment Type Full-time
