About Company : Randall Administrative Services is a Dubai-based business services company supporting international clients across the UK, UAE, and other English-speaking markets. We provide structured back-office support, including administrative, recruitment screening, and outbound client engagement services for growing businesses. Job Profile : We are currently looking for a Same Day Controller to work for our client in the logistics sector in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the client's customers to schedule same-day delivery work 2. Post and allocate delivery jobs to third-party courier and delivery partners via the client's website platform 3. Schedule and monitor bookings and deliveries in real time using internal systems 4.Communicate with drivers and couriers throughout the day to confirm collections, resolve issues, and keep jobs on schedule 5. Chase and follow up on any delayed or at-risk jobs to protect service levels 6. Handle general office tasks (filing, scheduling, organising documents) Desired Candidate Profile 1. Excellent spoken and written English (neutral and professional tone) 2. Confident on the phone with strong communication skills 3.Organised, structured, and detail-focused 4. Comfortable handling outbound calls 5. Commercial awareness and professionalism 6. Ability to work independently and take ownership 7. Previous experience in administration, logistics/dispatch, recruitment, telesales, or client services preferred Working Hours: Our client is UK-based. Working hours will align with UK business hours: approx. start time 10:00am, shifting to approx. 11:00am when it's UK winter time. All hours are Dubai time (Monday to Friday). This schedule is essential due to client time zones.
