Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on architecture experience, and the ability to guide development teams while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
• Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and implementation best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor developers and technical leads, ensuring adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware technologies
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies
• Support estimation, technical planning, and risk management activities
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and performance standards
• Desired Candidate Profile 7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect , Technical Lead , or a similar technical leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Data Cloud Agentforce Marketing Cloud Industry Clouds (Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Automotive Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud) Revenue Cloud MuleSoft Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integration patterns
• Experience designing enterprise-level solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment strategies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications
• Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience leading distributed or cross-functional technical teams
