SALES MANAGER

we are looking for motivated and ambitious sales manager to join our growing team this is a unique opportunity for a professional who is ready to grow from hands-on direct sales into full team leadership and portfolio management. phase 1: -learn our products, systems, and sales processes in depth -handle personal sales targets -work closely with senior management -build real field experience and strong client relationships. -phase 1 duration between 4 and 6 months maximum phase 2: -recruit a high performance sales team -train motivate, and supervise team members -manage the sales portfolio and achieve monthly and quarterly targets -monitor performance, KPIs, and market growth

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

-minimum 5 years in Sales -strong leadership and communication skills -hands-on, field-oriented mindset -ability to build and manage teams -target driven with strong negotiation skills
