Sales Manager (FMCG - Preferably Beverage Experience)

Manage In-Store Merchandising · Ensure full product availability on shelves at all times · Maintain proper shelf display, facing, and brand visibility · Follow planograms and merchandising standards Stock Management · Check stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations · Rotate stock (FIFO system) to avoid expiry issues · Coordinate with store managers for replenishment Retail Execution · Implement promotions, displays, and POS materials · Set up gondola, end-caps, and secondary displays · Ensure correct pricing and promotion visibility in stores Store Relations · Build strong relationships with store staff and supervisors · Support sales team in securing shelf space and visibility · Report competitor activities and pricing Reporting · Daily visit reports with photos (before/after shelf execution) · Feedback on stock issues, competitor actions, and opportunities · Share market intelligence with sales team

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years FMCG sales & merchandising experience in UAE · Must have experience in: o Energy drinks OR o Soft drinks OR o Beverage category Skills · Strong understanding of retail execution standards · Attention to detail and discipline in store visits · Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) · Ability to work in field-based role Other

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 5+ years of proven sales experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, or preferably beverage distribution sectors
• Minimum 2–3 years leading, coaching, and setting targets for field sales teams or account executives
• UAE Driving License preferred Employment Type Full-time
