Sales Manager Coffee Roastery

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and acquire new B2B clients and business opportunities. Build relationships with caf s, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients. Promote coffee beans, roasted coffee, and related products. Manage key accounts and develop long-term client relationships. Handle sales negotiations, proposals, pricing, and closing. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of sales experience in Coffee Roastery, Coffee, F&B, or FMCG. Strong network and established connections in the Saudi market. Proven B2B sales and business development experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of the Saudi coffee/F&B market. English required; Arabic is an advantage. Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
