Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 + Attractive Commission + Incentives A to Z Furniture is a leading custom furniture manufacturer specializing in residential and commercial furniture, custom joinery, wardrobes, sofas, office furniture, and complete furnishing solutions. We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities across the UAE. Key Responsibilities Develop new business through interior designers, contractors, consultants, developers, hotels, offices, and corporate clients. Conduct daily client meetings and site visits. Generate qualified leads and maintain long-term customer relationships. Prepare quotations and negotiate orders. Achieve monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for project execution. Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements 2–5 years of UAE furniture, joinery, interior fit-out, or related B2B sales experience. Existing network within the UAE market is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory). Self-motivated and target-driven. Fluent English. Arabic is an advantage.
