Business Development Manager – Investment Migration CBI & RBI Program

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, wealth management firms, family offices, and other referral partners. Stay updated on global residency, citizenship-by-investment, and real estate investment programs. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients. Conduct client consultations and present investment migration and residency solutions. Drive revenue growth by achieving individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from lead generation to deal closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

Background in Immigration, Golden Visa, Citizenship by Investment, Residency by Investment, or Real Estate industries. Proven experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Sales. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience dealing with investors, high-net-worth individuals, or corporate clients is highly preferred.
