Sales Manager - Specialty Coffee

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and acquire new B2B clients across the Saudi market. Build relationships with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, caf s, offices, retailers, and other F&B businesses. Develop partnerships and commercial opportunities within the specialty coffee and F&B sector. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation through closing and account management. Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Grow existing accounts through upselling and new business opportunities. Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings. Desired Candidate Profile 5 8 years of sales experience within the F&B industry in Saudi Arabia. Strong preference for experience in specialty coffee, caf s, restaurants, or F&B brands . Established network and strong connections within the Saudi F&B market. Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and achieving sales targets . Strong understanding of the Saudi F&B market and customer landscape. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercial mindset with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage. Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
