If you enjoy talking to people, closing deals, and earning through performance, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Generate sales through inbound and outbound calls. Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into successful clients. Promote HR recruitment, sourcing, and migration services. Build long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional service. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding. Stay updated on company services, pricing, and ongoing promotions. Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of sales experience (HR Recruitment, Migration/Immigration, or Education Consulting preferred). Smart, well-groomed, and professionally presentable with a confident personality. Excellent English communication and convincing skills. Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities. Passionate about sales and achieving targets. Customer-focused, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
