Sales Executive

Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional services Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Assist with styling, sizing, product selection, and fitting. Maintain good knowledge of products, collections, fabrics, and sizing. Build strong relationships with customers and follow up when appropriate. Handle payments, POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the boutique. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization. Represent Shan Convallaria in a professional and positive manner. Desired Candidate Profile 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience. Fashion or luxury retail experience is an advantage. Good command of English; additional languages are a plus. Good communication and customer service skills. Friendly, confident, and professional approach. Employment Type Full-time
