Sales Executive – Fire Life Safety Services & AMC

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospect and secure new Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for fire fighting, fire alarm, and life safety systems. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, and property developers. Solution Selling: Conduct site surveys (with our technical team) to understand client requirements and present customized safety solutions. Deal Closure: Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in alignment with Civil Defence regulations. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Civil Defence codes (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, RAK) and competitor activities. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 2–5 years of proven outdoor sales experience specifically in Fire Life Safety / Fire Protection systems and AMC sales within the UAE. Regulations Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE Civil Defence rules and NFPA standards. Network: An existing portfolio or strong network of facility management companies, MEP contractors, and real estate developers in Dubai, AUH, or RAK. Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
