Consulting SaaS Consultant (Contractor)
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities He should be able to operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, to perform complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. He should have experiences and be able to apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Ability and experiences on acting as the team lead on projects will be seriously taken into consideration. The successful candidate should be able to conduct C-Level communication, effective communication with management of customer organizations. The candidate should also demonstrate proven expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Ideally, the candidate should be able to demonstrate 4-5 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experiences and holding a university degree. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients is essential. Ability to travel across MEA as needed. Career Level - N/A What You Will Do As an Oracle SaaS Consultant, you will work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes on customer engagements, applying sound judgment and professional expertise to implement Oracle Cloud applications that address customer business requirements. Key responsibilities include: Work with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and customer stakeholders to plan and execute Oracle Cloud implementation projects. Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions. Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities and recommend leading practices. Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews with business and technical stakeholders. Configure Oracle Cloud applications in accordance with approved solution designs. Collaborate with offshore and local delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. Support testing activities, including conference room pilots, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and business validation. Assess business and technical impacts of proposed solutions and changes. Support data migration, integrations, reporting, and cutover activities as required. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and user enablement activities. Manage workstream deliverables and ensure successful project outcomes. Support post-go-live stabilization activities and transition to support teams. Build trusted relationships with customers and provide guidance on Oracle Cloud leading practices. Ensure project delivery meets contractual commitments, quality standards, timelines, and customer satisfaction objectives. What We Are Looking For Education Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience 4 8 years of relevant professional experience, including consulting and/or implementation experience. Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications in one or more functional areas such as: HCM SCM ERP CX Procurement Manufacturing Logistics Talent Management Payroll Workforce Management Experience participating in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects. Strong understanding of business processes and Oracle Cloud leading practices. Experience working with global or regional customers in complex transformation programs. Skills Strong functional consulting and business process analysis skills. Ability to facilitate workshops and gather business requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with senior business leaders and C-level stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience leading workstreams or small project teams is highly desirable. Understanding of integrations, reporting, data migration, and testing methodologies is an advantage.
