Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Generate and bring new interior fit-out and contracting projects. Develop new business opportunities with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors. Promote and market the company’s interior design, fit-out, renovation, and contracting services. Maintain and utilize a strong UAE client and industry database. Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Follow up on leads, inquiries, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate with the estimation and project teams to support client requirements. Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous sales/business development experience in the UAE interior fit-out or contracting industry. Strong existing client database and network is essential. Good knowledge of the UAE fit-out and construction market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven with a proven ability to secure new projects.
