Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers and guide them through the complete vehicle sales journey. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective prospecting, lead management, and customer conversion. Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives that highlight product features and benefits. Prepare quotations, finance proposals, and sales documentation in line with company standards. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities. Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer interactions and sales activities within internal systems. Collaborate closely with finance, insurance, and after-sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to repeat business and referrals. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of automotive products and the vehicle sales process. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Good understanding of sales planning, prospecting, and pipeline management Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
