Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Overview of the role We are currently looking to recruit performance-driven Sales Executives – Used Cars to join our growing Automall team. This is an exciting frontline sales role where you will deliver first-class, face-to-face customer experience while driving sales performance and profitability for the business. No automotive experience is required; we are looking for confident, customer-focused sales professionals with the passion and motivation to succeed. What you will do As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for Automall used vehicles while ensuring an excellent customer service experience throughout the sales journey. Support the sales objectives of the business by achieving assigned sales and CSI targets. Provide excellent service to current and potential Automall customers. Follow company sales policies, procedures and standards always. Attend to and follow up on customer enquiries and prospects in a timely manner to maximize sales opportunities. Achieving or exceeding allocated monthly sales targets. Ensure strong customer satisfaction to support repeat sales and long-term customer loyalty. Handle cash and support vehicle finance arrangements in line with company procedures. Continuously improving selling techniques and customer handling skills. Promote and sell vehicle-related insurance products and accessories. Maintain strong awareness of the automotive industry, product range, models, features, benefits, market trends and competitor activity. Analyze market conditions, identify customer needs and explore opportunities to sell Automall products and services. Desired Candidate Profile Required skills to be successful To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong sales mindset, excellent customer service skills and the confidence to engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous sales experience in retail, fashion, hospitality or real estate is preferred, but not mandatory. Demonstrated understanding of the sales process in any industry. Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. Valid UAE driving license is a must.
