Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Career Level: Senior Experience: 4-9 yrs Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 Education: Engineering degree (Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Technology, Diploma) Office Locations: Dubai - International City Dubai - Deira Sharjah - Al Majaz Products: Industrial weighing scales, measuring instruments, instrumentation & process control, industrial automation, material handling & lifting equipment, Tools, POS, and CNC. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Engineer/Executive Respond promptly and effectively to sales inquiries. Conduct thorough inside and outside sales activities from initial contact to deal closure. Work closely with the Product Development team to enhance existing products and develop new solutions. Support Business Development efforts by contributing to outbound sales initiatives, assisting in lead generation, and managing client relationships effectively. 2. Sales Coordinator Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and reporting using platforms like Odoo or Zoho CRM Support order processing, invoicing, and basic supply chain coordination 3. Inside Sales Engineer /Executive Handle inside sales activities and provide support for external sales when needed. Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions. Maintain client relationships and support the sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
