Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator who has professional experience in SAP/Sales and distribution management to provide the necessary support to the field commercial team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by arranging delivery schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to new customers as well as existing customers Acting as 1st point of contact between customers, Sales, Supply chain distribution team
• Issuing/managing sales quotations to the customers as per sales managers confirmations Manage the customers purchase orders receiving, and sales orders entry on SAP system
• Manage complexity of technical transactions related to different route to market models coordinate the delivery schedules with customers & align same with distribution team
• Manage the customers escalations as well as internal & external communications
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Archiving and organize financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. ensuring proper documentation cycle in place and communicating relevant information to different internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Desired Candidate Profile

Pharma/Healthcare corporates experience is mandatory Proven experience in Customer service or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. Good experience with SAP system management. Good computer skills (MS Office) Proficiency in English Well-organized and responsible with ability in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
